My memories and love of ‘Tymboo’ date from when I was very young. An older cousin, Margaret Mossom, told me that I was only a few weeks old (Jan 1939) when Mum and Dad (Nyria and Les) brought me to ‘Tymboo’ to meet Grandma and Grandpa (Norman and Hannah).

150 years of one family's stewardship
Over the years, I’ve romanticised the idea of Tymboo in my mind, located as a place of rich imagination as much as in the geography of the Upper Logan. This response to place has been based on a mixture of vivid childhood memories and more recent research.
